About these terms
These terms apply to use of the Cloud Roofing website and enquiries made through Cloud Roof Check, services of Cloud Roofing Ltd. Contact: info@cloudroofing.co.uk; 82 St Andrews Road, Exmouth, EX8 1AS. They do not replace the specific written quotation, scope and terms agreed for roofing work, an inspection or a paid report.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a form or sending photographs is a request for us to review your enquiry. It does not by itself confirm an appointment, guarantee availability or commit you to paid work. We will explain the proposed service, any charge and the applicable terms before you decide to proceed. Any description of a free assessment applies to its stated scope and location; additional or paid work requires separate agreement.
Online roof guidance
Cloud Roof Check uses the information and images available to us. Remote guidance cannot reveal every defect, hidden condition or safety issue and is not a physical, structural or invasive survey. We will explain where more information or an on-site specialist assessment is needed. An initial opinion is not a guarantee of the roof's condition or a fixed quotation unless we expressly agree this in writing. These limits do not reduce any legal obligation to exercise reasonable care and skill.
Your information and safety
Please provide accurate information and only send material you are entitled to share. Take photographs from a safe place. Do not climb onto a roof or enter an unsafe area to obtain evidence. Contact the emergency services if there is immediate danger.
Work, payment and cancellation
The scope, price, payment arrangements, timing, any guarantees and applicable cancellation rights will be set out with the relevant service agreement. Website wording does not remove statutory cancellation rights or other consumer protections. Do not treat a website estimate or example as a binding offer for your property.
Website use and external links
You may use the site to learn about our services and make legitimate enquiries. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or upload unlawful material. Website text and images belong to us or their respective rights holders; permission is needed for commercial reuse. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and privacy information.
Responsibility and complaints
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but availability and service details can change. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers elsewhere in the UK.
