Recommended repair
A repair designed to address the identified problem. Certain recommended repairs also qualify for a 10-year workmanship warranty; your quotation will clearly state the cover included.
Temporary patch or quick fix
Where appropriate, we may offer a limited repair intended to help stop a leak temporarily. These repairs do not carry a workmanship warranty, and we’ll explain their limitations before you agree.
Manufacturer’s cover
Materials or roofing systems may also carry a separate manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the product and its terms.
