Quick question? Get instant answers from a roofing specialist.

We’ve redesigned the traditional roofing process using drone inspections, digital reports and transparent pricing — giving you full visibility before any work begins.

🪜The Problem With Traditional Roofing:

Most roofing projects begin with a quick ladder inspection and a verbal quote. Hidden issues are often missed, scope is unclear and homeowners are left unsure about what they’re actually paying for.

Without proper inspection and documentation, small problems can turn into expensive surprises.

Cloud Roofing was built to remove that uncertainty.

At Cloud Roofing, we’ve changed the narrative when it comes to getting your roof sorted in South West London. We’re not your typical roofer — and that’s intentional. For years, homeowners have wanted clearer communication, safer inspections, faster reporting and a smoother overall experience, yet too often the process has been slow, unclear and built on estimation rather than evidence. We believed there had to be a fairer, more convenient and more professional way to deliver roofing services across Wimbledon, Tooting and Putney — so we built it. Drawing on a deep understanding of the roofing industry and a strong focus on customer experience, we’ve created a modern system that delivers clarity first. Within 24–48 hours, you receive a comprehensive digital roof report with 4K imagery and video footage, clear documentation of defects such as damaged ridges, slipped tiles or chimney mortar issues, two to three structured repair or replacement options, and transparent pricing guidance — all delivered directly to your device in a professional PDF format.

Within 24–48 hours, you receive a professional roof report including:

  • 4K images and video footage

  • Clear documentation of defects

  • Two to three recommended options (roof repair or replacement)

  • Transparent pricing guidance and much more...

Introducing a Smarter Approach📲

A Structured, Evidence-Based Alternative

Traditional roofing estimates often rely on brief visual checks and verbal explanations. That can leave homeowners uncertain about what’s really happening above their property.

Cloud Roofing replaces guesswork with structure.

Using high-resolution drone technology and a defined inspection process, we assess your roof safely and methodically — capturing clear visual evidence that supports every recommendation.

Instead of a vague estimate, you receive a digital roof report outlining findings, options and next steps within 24–48 hours.

It’s roofing — but organised.

Roof assessments. reimagined for clarity and speed📈

The 5-Step Remote Roof Assessment

Clear communication. Evidence-based findings. No guesswork.

Step 1️⃣ — Submit Your Details (Instant Confirmation)

Complete the digital assessment form with your:

  • Postcode + property type

  • A short description of the issue (leak, slipped tiles, moss, replacement enquiry, etc.)

  • Optional photos if you already have them

As soon as you submit, you’ll receive an instant confirmation message so you know we’ve received your details safely.

If anything important is missing (access notes, which side the leak is on, timing urgency), we’ll contact you promptly to clarify before inspection.

Step 2️⃣ — Quick Review + Photo Request (Only if Needed)

We review your enquiry to ensure we can deliver a report that’s genuinely useful.

Sometimes we may request a couple more photos to help us diagnose properly, for example:

  • A photo of the ceiling/wall where the leak shows

  • A garden-level photo of the roofline

  • A photo of a flat roof edge, gutter, or chimney area (if safely accessible)

This step is about avoiding assumptions and getting it right first time.

Step 3️⃣ — Remote Drone Inspection (Evidence Capture)

We then carry out a structured drone inspection to capture high-resolution imagery of key roof areas, such as:

  • Main roof slopes, ridges, hips and verges

  • Valleys and gutter lines (where visible)

  • Chimneys, flashings and roof junctions

  • Flat roof edges, outlets and upstands (where applicable)

  • Any areas linked to the symptoms you’ve reported

It’s designed to be:

  • Safe (no ladders against your property where avoidable)

  • Minimal disruption

  • Evidence-led from start to finish

If weather conditions aren’t suitable (wind/rain/visibility), we reschedule at the earliest safe window.

Step 4️⃣ — Analysis + Report Build (24–48 Hours)

All captured imagery is reviewed and analysed carefully. We then create your digital roof report, typically delivered within 24–48 hours, including:

What the report includes:

  • Executive summary of the roof’s condition

  • Key findings with supporting images

  • Plain-English explanations (no confusing roofing jargon)

  • Recommended actions (repair vs replace vs monitor)

  • Priority guidance (urgent, preventative, or future planning)

  • Clear pricing guidance or a structured quote format where possible

  • Finance options link (so you can view monthly payment routes if you choose to proceed)

This is where we replace guesswork with clarity.

Step 5️⃣ — Walkthrough Call (Optional Zoom or Phone)

If you want it, we offer an optional walkthrough so you fully understand the report.

You can choose:

  • A quick phone call
    or

  • A Zoom walkthrough (ideal if you want to review images together)

We’ll talk you through:

  • What we found

  • What matters most and why

  • Your options (including phased works if relevant)

  • The next step if you’d like to proceed

No pressure — just clarity.

Step 6️⃣ — Next Steps (Remote First, Physical Visit if Required)

In most cases, the drone assessment provides enough information to plan works confidently.

However, in a small number of cases, a physical inspection may still be recommended — for example:

  • If an issue is likely internal (felt, insulation, condensation)

  • If access/angles limited visibility

  • If a leak source can’t be confirmed externally

  • If there’s structural concern that requires closer checks

  • If we need precise measurements before finalising a fixed quote

If a physical inspection is needed, we’ll explain:

  • Exactly what we couldn’t confirm remotely

  • Why an on-site check is the best next step

  • What we’ll inspect and what you’ll gain from it

If everything is clear remotely, we move straight to scheduling works and keeping the same structured communication throughout.

What Our Remote Assessment Includes (Quick Summary)

  • Instant confirmation on submission

  • Clarification questions if needed (fast)

  • Optional extra photo request (only when it improves accuracy)

  • High-resolution drone inspection

  • Digital report within 24–48 hours

  • Evidence-backed recommendations and pricing guidance

  • Finance options link inside the report

  • Optional phone/Zoom walkthrough

  • Physical inspection only where genuinely required
