• Flat roof edges, outlets and upstands (where applicable)

In most cases, the drone assessment provides enough information to plan works confidently.

However, in a small number of cases, a physical inspection may still be recommended — for example:

• If an issue is likely internal (felt, insulation, condensation)

• If access/angles limited visibility

• If a leak source can’t be confirmed externally

• If there’s structural concern that requires closer checks

• If we need precise measurements before finalising a fixed quote

If a physical inspection is needed, we’ll explain:

• Exactly what we couldn’t confirm remotely

• Why an on-site check is the best next step

• What we’ll inspect and what you’ll gain from it

If everything is clear remotely, we move straight to scheduling works and keeping the same structured communication throughout.
